1. Remove all warranty information from behind front panel.
2. Make sure drain cap is secure on right bottom corner of spa.
3. Remove spa filters by un-screwing them and turning them sideways to remove from filter area. Unwrap them if they are wrapped in plastic. Remove black bleeder thumbscrew from filter well area. Put in a safe place.
4. Begin filling spa from area where filters screw in, fill spa so water is 1/3 to ½ way up black plastic rectangle opening that the black door is attached to at face of filter area. (add bottle of Metal Gon from Spa Start Up chemical kit (if supplied) while spa is filling) Adding too much or too little water spa the spa will not operate properly.
5. Hose filters out so suds are gone. Or in cold/winter months, rinse in shower and rinse with fresh water until suds are gone.
6. Re install filters and Turn on power supply, check pump operation by pushing pump buttons on topside control. Check one pump at a time. When all pumps are pushing water from jets Reinstall the bleeder thumbscrew.
7. Set spa to desired temp . Cover spa and let spa achieve desired temp (spa will take approx 8-10hrs to reach 100 deg. from 50 degree hose water. )
8. Follow chemical startup sheet .Test spa water weekly
**Clean filters at least 2 times per month with filter cleaner – clean more frequently with heavy usage.
