1. Delivery consists of 2 to 4 men bringing your spa to your home and resting it in place on your concrete slab or patio. (not higher than ground level) Our insurance prevents us from lifting the spa higher than stated. Please do not ask them to do otherwise.
2. If we attempt to deliver the spa and discover the customer has not given us proper information about where the spa is going to be placed and a crane is required ,the customer will be responsible for all crane charges and arrangements. The customer will be responsible for any second delivery charge if we cannot deliver the spa that day and must return at a later date. 3. The time required to deliver your spa after we arrive at your home varies between 45 min to 1 hr. depending on your model and coverlifter installation. (If that applies to your spa sale) 4. It is impossible for us to guarantee an exact arrival time- all delivery times are approximate. 5. It is the customers responsibility for the electrical line power installation, GFCI and final electrical connections and terminations. We cannot wire your spa for you. 6. Read your invoice carefully.
