Leisure Time Chemical Kit Quick Start Up
A DVD has been provided for you to help you understand your spa chemicals, this is a Quick Start only.
1. As spa is filling with water add bottle of Metal Gon directly to spa water.
2. After spa has reached desired temp and jet pumps are working properly install Purple Frog Mineral Stick by resting it in the filter area in between the 2 filters or inside a single filter depending on how your spa is equipped.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of Spa 56 Chlorinating Granules per 350 gal. of water, over 350gal. Add 2 Teaspoons.
4. Add 5 capfulls of your starter size Renew spa shock to spa water.
5. Test spa water with provided test kit and adjust pH/Alkalinity , Calcium Hardness if necessary. Or bring spa water in to the store and we can tell you what to add.
Weekly Maintenance
1. 3 times per week add 1 teaspoon of Spa 56 Granules per 350 gal. Over 350 gal. Add 2 teaspoons.
2. Add 4 oz. of Renew Spa Shock before or after use.
3. Add 2oz. of Defender weekly to prevent scale & corrosion.
4. Add 1 oz per 250 gal of Enzyme once per week.
5. Test water once per week, Clean filter at least 2 times per month. With Heavy spa use clean filters weekly.
Maintaining proper water chemistry , cleaning your filters & doing a complete drain & refill of your spa water every 3 months are the most important things you need to do with your spa.
